The Staff are Key to the Success of this Hotel

The rooms are gorgeous, shear opulence and luxury but the most important factor during our stay were the staff...totally committed to supporting the guest, always smiling, always helpful except for the General Manager who could not even find the time to say good morning when walking past us, he did not welcome us but as a business man myself engagement with your clientele is important but this was sadly lacking. A special thank you to January the chef, truly awesome cook with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Feels like home. Very friendly staff. Fantastic services. Great room with ocean view. A place were to come back anytime. I also had my first Indonesian cooking experience and for this I am very thankful. Something to take home with me.. a small piece of Indonesian taste 😊

3 days 2 nights in Paradise

Amazing 3 days 2 nights at this unique place, service was just great and Thomas (GM) took such a good care of us. It is new and the room are really nicely done. The view is absolutely gorgeous with stunning sunset on Agung Mont in Bali straight ahead. I definitely recommend it 👌

Hidden Gem!

I loved the stay at this wonderful resort!
The secluded location makes it a hidden gem worth experiencing.
Noticed that they have rebranded to Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens just as expected their service is excellent. The room is so convenient, the jacuzzi, the pool, the beach, basically, the whole experience is just so magical.

I suggest to choose the one with the ocean view, you wake up with wonderful scenery every morning.
